Prepare orecchiette, focaccia, bread, friselle or the ciambella all’olio cake and let yourself to be captivated by this unique culinary experience. Choose among two types of cooking classes: the demonstration class at €50.00 per person or hands-on class with dedicated workstation at €150.00 per person.
Visit to the vegetable garden
Explore our delightful vegetable garden guided by our expert gardener. Discover the organic product we use in our kitchen and learn the techniques of traditional farming. Take part in the harvest, if you like, bringing home with you the fruits of your labour. The cost for the visit to the vegetable garden is €30.00 with explanations and comments by the gardener and €50.00 for the lesson and harvesting.
Bike rental
Explore the splendid Apulian country on two wheels. We offer various type of rental options, among them: single-speed urban bike, tandem and electric bikes with 40 km or 100 km range. Prices start at €30.00 per day, depending on the type of bike chosen.
Horseback riding
You will enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature during a pleasant horseback ride lasting approximately 90 minutes. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Apulian country while immersing yourself in the tranquil and serene atmosphere. The cost for this experience is €60.00 per person.

Discover the beach establishment partnered with Masseria Montepaolo situated between the sandy bay of Capitolo and Monopoli. The property, immersed in the rich scrub, among reeds and palms, is equipped with a gazebo and private areas in bleached wood, naturally aged, beach umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds.

Boating experiences
Explore the magnificent Pulian coasts during an exciting boat trip. We offer two options:
- “Easy” boating experience: an experience of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes that includes sports fishing and a relaxing aperitif on board.
- “All Day” boating experience: an all-day excursion, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm approximately, including long-line fishing and lunch prepared with fresh fish.
